No account yet? Apply for access with your project. Your supervisor confirms it by email.
Supervisor (PhD student, professor)? Log in with your email: your students, their applications and usage, with a one-time code instead of a password.
One account per project (master's thesis, guided research, or a practical, IDP or lecture). Your supervisor gets an email to confirm the project. After that you receive your username and a link to your temporary password by email.
One card per GPU node: its GPU (now and the last hour), CPUs and memory, the jobs on it, and its three disks. Every student can use every node's scratch and HDD (explicit paths); the home lives on one node's SSD.
Click a name to see their projects. Edit changes name, role, lab and email everywhere (usernames never change). Removing hides a supervisor from the application form; their projects stay and can be moved to someone else with Edit.
